Challenge

Lodge Compliance was a new brand with no digital footprint. They needed a full-scale strategy to build online visibility, develop their brand identity, and attract an audience across various channels.

My Role & Strategy

I led the digital rollout from the ground up, defining the brand identity, creating essential assets, and launching their online presence. I initiated and managed their social media accounts, developed a visual and content strategy, and built a consistent brand narrative across platforms. I also introduced an engagement strategy to tap into relevant communities on Reddit and position Lodge Compliance as a thought leader in their niche.

KOF Sports Cafe, a vibrant Nigerian restaurant in Bowie, Maryland, had great food and a loyal customer base, but their digital presence didn’t reflect their energy or potential. They needed a consistent social strategy, more engaging content, and campaigns that could drive real business results both online and in-store.

My Role & Strategy

As the digital lead, my focus was to build a cohesive and engaging digital presence that translated the café’s cultural vibe into a strong online identity. This meant developing a clear content strategy, managing social media across platforms, and running targeted campaigns that built community and drove sales.

  • Developed a multi-platform content strategy that blended food visuals, customer testimonials, Nigerian culture, and local community content

  • Led the Thanksgiving Jollof Campaign in 2020, a culturally resonant marketing push that sold out pre-orders and maxed out holiday sales

AWỌ, a social justice nonprofit, sought to establish a digital presence that reflected its mission to connect people across racial, economic, and cultural divides. At the time, they had no active online presence or defined visual identity. They needed strong branding, social media direction, and campaigns that could engage diverse audiences and inspire community action.

My Role & Strategy

As the creative and digital strategist, my goal was to build AWỌ’s brand identity from the ground up and launch an organic social media presence that would foster connection and awareness. I focused on crafting an inspiring visual identity, creating purposeful content, and designing campaigns that communicated the organization’s values and impact.

  • Designed AWỌ’s complete brand identity, including logo, color palette, and typography, to reflect cultural depth and inclusivity.

Challenge

Lumilearn, an emerging edtech platform tailored to Africa, was preparing to enter the market but needed a strong digital foundation to establish credibility and attract its first users. The challenge was to define the brand’s voice, create awareness among students and teachers, and drive large-scale signups despite being a new entrant in a competitive education space.

My Role & Strategy

As part of the brand’s early marketing team, my role was to shape Lumilearn’s digital identity and launch strategy from the ground up. I focused on developing a unified content direction, building online communities, and creating campaigns that would position Lumilearn as an accessible and impactful learning platform for African students and educators.

  • Revamped Lumilearn’s social media presence with a clear, consistent brand voice and visual identity.
